What Can I Expect From the Lifelong Vision Partnership?
The Lifelong Vision Partnership (LVP) exam, our flagship comprehensive eye exam program, allows you to choose between the Gold or Silver LVP. Eye exams begin with your medical history and a series of tests and imaging to learn more about your vision and what type of prescription you may need. We will align your customized treatment plan according to your vision needs and lifestyle.
Silver LVP ($140): This thorough eye exam includes pupil dilation and an eyeglass prescription. Clients choose this exam if:
- Their vision is good with current eyeglasses or contacts but an updated prescription is needed.
- A prescription has never been written for your vision, and an eye exam is necessary to assess your eye health.
- You've experienced a change in your vision and believe your prescription has changed.
Gold LVP ($250): Besides pupil dilation and a prescription, this partnership level also includes the use of noninvasive, cutting-edge digital imaging and analysis of your eye function and structures, from the eyelids to the retina and optic nerve. You might choose this type of exam if:
- You're curious about corrective options that may eliminate your need for glasses or contacts.
- You might need a prescription adjustment with your current glasses or contacts.
- You've noticed a new change in your vision.
- You have dry, scratchy, red, or painful eyes.
- You might have cataracts.

Capstone Vision & Aesthetics Reviews
Dr. Emmert-Buck and staff are amazing. Needed cataract surgery and they walked me thru every step of the way. I also had Lasik performed to correct my nearsightedness. No more glasses or contacts!!! Fantastic Surgeon! Thank you Capstone.
Went in for LASIK consult and we settled on PRK as the path forward. Honestly the best money I think I've ever spent, both in terms of the procedure and who handled the operation. Dr. Emmert-Buck and her staff are all so wonderfully attentive and personable. There was even a self-caused issue after the procedure and Dr. Emmert-Buck was quick with being able to meet me the day it happened and help me resolve the issue. If I ever need touch ups later on in life, I know where I'm going!
Came in for LASIK consult and did PRK with Dr. Leslie Emmert-Buck. She is very nice and reliable person. Happy with what I did and highly recommended.
My visit to get a biannual check up was great. The exams started on time and procedures were explained along the way. Dr. Emmert-Buck explained results of the various exams. The entire team offered a great experience.
Hi I saw Dr Leslie for my Keracornus. She, and her staff we're very nice, patient, and explained in detail about my disease and what options were available. She referred me to kellog eye Institute if I decided to do surgery. She even called at 6pm to let me know that where I stood on the referral. Her receptionist Tanya was so nice. Her assistant was very nice. I thank her for being honest and being very patient. Diane A

Lifelong Vision Partnership FAQ
How does our Lifelong Vision Partnership approach the changing needs of vision care over time?
Our Lifelong Vision Partnership at Capstone Vision & Aesthetics is designed to evolve with your vision needs as they change throughout your life. This approach includes regular check-ups and assessments to detect early signs of vision changes or eye health issues. The partnership also offers personalized treatment plans tailored to address specific changes related to aging, lifestyle, or underlying health conditions. This ensures that your vision care is always relevant and responsive to your current needs.
What role does technology play in the Lifelong Vision Partnership?
Technology is a critical component of the Lifelong Vision Partnership, providing advanced diagnostic tools and treatment options that enhance the quality of care. Cutting-edge technologies like high-resolution imaging, laser treatments, and digital eye exams allow for more precise detection and management of vision issues. These innovations not only improve accuracy but also contribute to more effective and less invasive treatments, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care throughout their lives.
How is the Lifelong Vision Partnership different from traditional eye care?
Unlike traditional eye care, which may focus on immediate concerns or routine check-ups, our Lifelong Vision Partnership emphasizes continuity and personalization. It's not just about treating vision problems as they arise but about proactive and preventive care that anticipates future needs. This approach fosters a deeper patient-doctor relationship, where the focus is on long-term eye health and vision stability, rather than just correcting issues when they become apparent.
